We also assist our clients in collective negotiations, conciliations and labor litigations.

We advise foreign clients and people wishing to live in our country for different reasons on employee expatriation, including all relevant aspects about work planning, registration and hiring, and protection in the field of social security.
Our services are focused on assisting those employees and their families in every aspect involved in establishing in our country, including the procurement of temporary identity card, temporary or final legal residence, citizenship papers, Uruguayan identity document, validation of foreign driver’s license and assistance in proceedings before consular sections of the country of origin of the interested party.
